Jet Hundreds is a singer, songwriter and Hip Hop/R&B recording artist from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Born, Hunter Littlebird on September 7, 1995 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Jet is of a rich mixed heritage from his father’s Native American tribe of Laguna Pueblo and from an Irish/Scottish/Welsh descent on his mother’s side.
As a young boy and into his teens, Jet had a passion for both baseball and music. Recognized for his talent as a pitcher, when he wasn’t on the field he could be found playing his guitar. During a turbulent teenage period, Jet began writing lyrics about his personal experiences and began rapping in the local Albuquerque Hip Hop scene. He says, “Really, my music saved me”.
Through hands-on studio experiences and devoted recording over the past two years, Jet’s music career catapulted. A self-taught record producer, lyricist, sound engineer and beat maker, this gifted musician-entrepreneur created his own music production company, Jet Hundreds LLC.
Jet brings a fresh voice to Hip Hop with his storytelling anthems, provocative lyrics and charismatic performances. He has come to the attention of several producers and accomplished Hip Hop artists. He was the featured opener for the Young Thug concert (Albuquerque, April 2016) and has collaborated with Baby Bash.
His focused work has resulted in a breadth of projects, including the release of his 2015 mixtape, Chem Trails and deeply personal music video, So Far Out. 2016 year end marked the release of Jet’s first album, Just Enjoy Time with accompanying official music video, When the Lightning Strikes.
The album project is a testament to this artist’s prolific talent with 17 songs that weave together Jet’s story – where he came from, his coming of age struggles, his visions and dreams for the future. at times raw and gritty, IT reveals Jet’s deep roots in story-music. Jet likes to say it like this, “For me, music is cellular and I want to bring back the real music to my generation.”
